Nicole J. Mahoney
Associate Lawyer

Nicole Mahoney joined the firm in 2007 after practicing law in New Brunswick and northern Nova Scotia. She was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2003 and the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (magna cum laude) in addition to her Bachelor of Laws. She is licensed to practice law in New Brunswick as well as Nova Scotia.

She has attained Authorized Lawyer status under the Land Registration Act of Nova Scotia, which permits her to conduct property transactions pursuant to the Act.

Ms. Mahoney focuses on family and property law, and conducts prosecutions for the firm’s municipal clients. She resides in Kentville.
