Municipal Law and Governance

We advise municipal councils and staff on procedural and governance issues at meetings, public and private. We provide timely, effective and understandable advice on the powers of municipal councils and their agencies. We have considerable experience with inter-municipal service agreements and in negotiating complex agreements among municipal governments. We are also experienced with the FOIPOP provisions of the Municipal Government Act.
