Employment Law and Labour Relations

We have significant depth of experience in labour and employment law – particularly in the municipal context. We routinely handle employment and labour issues from negotiating collective agreements with various unions, grievances and grievance arbitrations, workplace discipline and disputes, human rights issues, downsizing and layoffs, dismissals for cause, hiring policies, employee manuals and employment contracts for senior staff.
