Resolving Disputes

There are many different ways to resolve disputes. Going to court is only one of them. Many disputes can be settled by discussion and negotiation. In other cases, some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as conciliation, mediation or arbitration can be beneficial. Our firm has broad experience in all aspects of ADR. Peter Muttart is a trained mediator and he is well known for his ability to help contending parties find common ground in difficult cases. Jean Dewolfe is trained as a mediator specializing in family law cases.
